This is how you shop

• Order via the online shop.
• If you have questions regarding our package or products, you can also order via customer service at +46 31 773 04 40.
• Write down your wishes and needs via e-mail info@scandvolt.se and customer service will get back to you

1. Select the product category on the left in the online store
2. Then add your desired products to the shopping cart by clicking the Buy button.
3. If you want to order online, you can simply go to the shopping cart when you have finished shopping. You can always change the quantity directly in the shopping cart. You will find the shopping cart up till höger.
4. Then go to the cash register where you decide whether you are a private person or a company. Then enter your details manually or automatically by filling in your personal or organization number. Then pay via Klarna, card (VISA or Mastercard), direct payment (Nordea, SEB, Handelsbanken & Swedbank) or invoice. You can also choose to pay your purchase in installments.
5. After completing the purchase, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.

• The order confirmation contains an order number that you must use when contacting customer service.
• If you do not have an order number, you can also enter the customer name or article number.

Please note that if you do not want to provide your personal or organizational number, you can avoid this by paying by card or direct payment.

Financing

We can also offer leasing via our partner Wasa Kredit.

Delivery set

All products are usually delivered with DHL to the desired delivery address.

• Delivery time is normally 2-7 days. (Travel Parts)
• Batteries and energy B-boxes are order items unless we list any as items in stock.

Should something in your order have expired or been left over, we will contact you.
